    • Some digital products may explicitly state a full or partial refund is available based on a satisfaction guarantee.
  • Non-delivery of the product:
    • Due to some mailing issues, you may not receive a download e-mail. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days after purchase. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
  • Download and unzipping issues:
    • Problems downloading or unzipping the product may occur. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 7 days after purchase. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
  • Technical defects:
    • Although all products are tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If you encounter an error, please contact us. We reserve the right to rectify the error within 72 hours. If the error is not corrected within 72 hours of the initial complaint, a full refund will be issued to the customer. 
  • Product not-as-described:
    • Clear evidence proving that the purchased product is not as described on the website should be submitted within 7 days after purchase. Complaints based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.


  • Order(s) cannot be cancelled once they are fulfilled.


We do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with third-party software (plugins, addons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in a product description. We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and do not provide support for third-party applications.
